Shipping policy

We will dispatch your order asap but not longer than 2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM will be processed on Monday/Tuesday.

Delivery time is not guaranteed. Shipping and transit time estimates provided by Mani Mousse or others should be considered merely as estimates. To avoid shipping or availability delays, we suggest ordering promptly.

Mani Mousse is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please verify your address at checkout. Reshipping is available for an additional fee.

At “Mani Mousse" we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery services to our customers. However, there may be instances where the courier is unable to deliver the order due to the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery.

In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for redelivery. If the customer fails to arrange redelivery and the parcel is returned to us, we can re-send it to you for an additional cost.

We strongly advise customers to provide a correct and accessible delivery address and to make arrangements to be available to receive the delivery during the specified delivery time.

By placing an order with “Mani Mousse,” you agree to our shipping policy, and any additional costs incurred due to undelivered or returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
